Collaborative Art Devotionals for Women
2020 – I doubt any of us imagined such unprecedented times. Our circumstances may have forced changes on us that have left us a little shaken – perhaps the loss of a job, the loss of a loved one, sickness, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and the likes. Sometimes disruption can take our gaze away from the author of our faith and turn it on the situation at hand. While most certainly the situation requires our attention it is indeed at a time like this that the very character of God draws us into His arms.
This advent 4 women (Jennifer Baas, Joy Mistur, Lydia Durairaj, and Sujatha Balasundaram (myself) ) worked on 5 collaborative art devotionals on the Names of God. These are art pieces designed by each of us individually but worked-on by all of us. It has been such a beautiful experience seeing the names and character of God through each of these women’s drawings and reflecting on them as we added our own doodles to it. What we are offering is the artwork inspired by a name of God along with a devotional. We are hoping these characteristics of God will shape how you step into 2021. God Bless you!
